Flat Rate Prep is great to work with. They do an amazing job grading the condition of the books and getting them shipped in to Amazon on a timely basis. I have never gotten a complaint from a customer on the condition of a book as they are always in the condition as graded and listed.

Whenever I have any special request Dean is always so accommodating allowing me to operate my business hassle free with their great support.
